The Alexander Technique is a self-use method used by actors, musicians, dancers, and other artists to discover and reduce patterns of excess tension in movement and performance, free up breathing, enhance voice production, reduce performance anxiety, and access deeper presence for performance.

It's taught in the top performing arts schools (see below) and is used by countless artists including Judi Dench, Paul McCartney, John Cleese, violinist Yehudi Menuhin, Leonardo DiCaprio, Hilary Swank, Hugh Jackman, Juliette Binoche, flutist James Galway, and many others.

Instruction with Mark teaches you to uncover and improve your own limiting patterns in movement, practice, and performance.  Join others leading the field who use the Alexander Technique and grow the best version of yourself and your work.
